Crepes should be baked in a large and wide pan so that they do not touch each other and heat evenly. Bake only in well heated oil (about 10 minutes) until they golden brown. Bake on both sides. In order to prevent crepes absorbing oil, recommended not to turn them a lot. Drain them after cooking.
