Terms of return

  1. The Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase contract by notifying the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without giving any reason. The right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods is not valid for the Buyer, if one of the contracts listed in paragraph 2 of Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code was concluded, and the right to withdraw from the contract is invalid:
    – for contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
    – for contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
  2. According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, cosmetic products are not returnable.
  3. Other goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  4. In case the right to return the goods is applied, the costs for the return of the goods are paid by the Buyer.
  5. Features of return and exchange of food products:
    5.1 Goods are exchanged or money is returned to the Buyer’s account no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of return of the goods.
  6. Features of return and exchange of food products:
    6.1 If a food item of inadequate quality was sold before the expiration date of the product, the Buyer has the right to:
    6.1.1 To demand that the product be replaced with a product of the same suitable quality;
    6.1.2 To reduce the price accordingly;
    6.1.3 To return the product to the Seller and demand a refund of the money paid for the product.
  7. As set out in article 6 of these rules The Buyer can also use the rights in case a product whose use-by date has expired was sold to him.
  8. Inappropriate quality food products are exchanged or returned at the place of purchase or at another place indicated by the Seller, convenient for the Buyer. The Buyer submits a written request to the Seller and the product to be replaced. In the request are specified the defects of the product and the Buyer’s chosen one of the requirements specified in article 6 of these rules. To the request must be attached a cash register receipt or other document confirming the purchase-sale of goods from this Seller.
  9. If the Buyer does not provide a receipt from the cash register or another document confirming the purchase-sale of the goods issued from this Seller, the goods are exchanged or can be applied the Buyer’s chosen one of the requirements specified in article 6 of these rules, only with the consent of the Seller.
  10. In the event of a disagreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the quality of the food product, the Seller, upon receiving the Buyer’s written request. Must apply in writing to the State Food and Veterinary Service within 3 days, and inform the Buyer of the results of the investigation as soon as the State Food and Veterinary Service provides them in writing.
